Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
