Blocklayer • Biriniwa, Jigawa State

Now hiring: we are hiring a blocklayer in Biriniwa, Jigawa State. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. On a typical shift you will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Full-time, day shift.
