Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
