Single needle operator — Sabon Birni

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Sabon Birni, Sokoto State. The job is in a textile and apparel unit. The role involves stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
