Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Oturkpo, Benue State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
