Great opportunity: we are hiring a plumber in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. You will work at hotels and commercial buildings. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling The role involves: • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework Six days a week, one day off.
