Head baker — Ringim

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Ringim, Jigawa State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
