Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Hamlin County, South Dakota. You will work in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
