Plasterer's mate — Desha County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Desha County, Arkansas. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. The role involves set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
