Meat cutter — McCracken County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in McCracken County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
