Forklift operator — Jones County

Join our team: we are hiring a forklift operator in Jones County, Iowa. The job is at a freight and logistics depot. The role involves transport raw materials and finished goods between bays; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner 5+ years on the tools preferred.
