Head baker — Spencer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Spencer County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
