Earthmoving equipment operator — Carter County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Carter County, Missouri. The role involves: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
