Horizontal milling machine operator — Tioga County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Tioga County, New York. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On a typical shift you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
