Bread and bun maker wanted in Centre County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Centre County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
