JCB operator — Stewart County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a JCB operator in Stewart County, Georgia. You will keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 2+ years on the tools preferred.
