Meat cutter — Tippah County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Tippah County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
