Counter butcher — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Grant County, Indiana. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
