Tailor machinist — Ransom County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Ransom County, North Dakota. What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Your main tasks: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience.
