Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings On the job you will handle: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
