Pastry baker — Sainte Genevieve County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
