Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Wright County, Minnesota. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
