Flatlock machine operator • Maiha, Adamawa State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Maiha, Adamawa State. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Full-time, day shift.
