Captain waiter — Nueces County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Nueces County, Texas. On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
