Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Warri North, Delta State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred.
