Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Part-time with flexible hours.
