Cnc turner — Stone County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turner in Stone County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy machine shop. The role involves watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
