The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
