Backhoe operator • Stone County, Arkansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Stone County, Arkansas. You will clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
