Formwork carpenter — Bath County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Bath County, Virginia. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
