Join our team: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in City of Norfolk, Virginia. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Full-time with occasional weekends.
