Kitchen steward — Jahun

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Jahun, Jigawa State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
