Power press operator — Coffee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power press operator in Coffee County, Alabama. The job is at a busy press shop. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day-to-day duties: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
