Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Full-time, day shift.
