Smash repairer • Pickaway County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Pickaway County, Ohio. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Your main tasks: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
