Insulation worker • Lewis County, Washington

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Lewis County, Washington. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Day-to-day duties: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
