Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day-to-day duties: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
