Immediate opening: line cook (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Isle of Wight, England. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Full-time, day shift.
