Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Full-time, day shift.
