Kitchen cook — Shelby County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Shelby County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
