You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
