Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Marion County, Indiana. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; write and edit G-code programs at the control. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
