The role involves carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors; make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off; reroute around roadworks and diversions while keeping to time; refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipts; drive defensively through heavy traffic and bad weather; follow fixed pick-up and drop-off routes to a set timetable. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass police verification and a background check • Valid commercial/PSV driving licence (LMV/HMV as required) • Basic vehicle maintenance know-how At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
