Now hiring: fine-dining server (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Scott County, Virginia. You will be based in a coffee shop. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
