Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Six days a week, one day off.
