Waitress — Gratiot County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Gratiot County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Rotating shifts.
