CNC programmer-operator — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Washington County, New York. The job is in a die and mould making unit. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day-to-day duties: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
