Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Jasper County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery.
