Prep cook — Colquitt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Colquitt County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
