Rebar fixer • Egbado North, Ogun State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Egbado North, Ogun State. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Day-to-day duties: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
